These Terms govern your use of the OwnAI website at reyatech.com and the resources, forms, and downloads served from it. They do not govern the OwnAI product or services purchased under an executed Statement of Work (SOW); those engagements are governed solely by the SOW and its exhibits.
Acceptable use.
You agree not to:
- Use the site to attempt to discover, extract, or interfere with any non-public Reyatech system.
- Submit false, misleading, or third-party personal data through any form.
- Scrape content at a rate or volume that degrades service for other visitors.
- Misrepresent your affiliation, role, or company when contacting us.
- Re-publish substantial portions of this site without written permission, except for brief quotation with attribution.

Your submissions
Information you submit through forms remains your data. We use it solely as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim a perpetual licence to your submissions; you may request deletion at any time.
Purchased product
IP allocation for the deployed product — adapter weights, source code, deployment artefacts — is governed by §7 of the executed SOW. By default: adapter weights are the customer's; source code is escrowed with a neutral third party on Day 1.
Disclaimers.
The website and any downloadable resources are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Content (including pricing ranges, ROI numbers, and roadmap dates) is illustrative and may change; the binding commercial terms are those in your signed SOW.
Statements about regulatory frameworks (DPDPA, RBI Master Directions, Schedule M, 21 CFR Part 11, etc.) reflect our reading of public text and engagement experience. They are not legal advice. Your counsel must review applicability to your specific facts.
Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Reyatech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website.
- Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from website use shall not exceed ₹10,000 (Indian rupees ten thousand only).
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law (e.g. wilful misconduct, fraud).
- Purchased product liability is governed exclusively by the SOW, not by this section.
Governing law & jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website.
Updates & effective date.
We publish material changes to these Terms at this URL with a new version and effective date. The version pinned at the top of this page is the controlling version. By continuing to use the site after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
